Murray KeshnerMurray was the Corporate Art Director for the Funk and Wagnalls Publishing Corporation, where he designed the advertising and promotional materials for encyclopedias, children's books, music albums and art books. He retired from that position in 1994. He also did free-lance illustrations. He now shares his knowledge with many students. Prior to coming to Tucson, Murray taught graphic design at the New York Institute for Advertising. He also taught workshops in watercolor, acrylic and oil painting at the Art Center of Northern New Jersey and the Fair Lawn Art Center. He moved to Tucson from Paramus, New Jersey in 1997. He teaches classes through Pima Community College and has been the art instructor at the Tucson Jewish Community Center for over 10 years. He also conducts workshops in watercolor and landscape painting. |
